Meet The Chef
My love affair with food began at a young age. Not only did I quickly discover a love for cooking, and eating; but I also discovered a deeply rooted fascination with food's ability to bring family, and friends together at the table. Many of my greatest childhood memories all seem to have three things in common;
"Family, friends, and great food".
I have been working in restaurants since the age of 15, and since then, I've studied at one of the top culinary schools in the nation, and have cooked at the professional level in several great restaurants including the world famous three Michelin starred flagship restaurant "Jean-Georges" in NYC.
And now, I have started my own catering company in hopes of bringing my passion for great food to your next dinner party, event, or in home cooking lesson!
